We work in Blue or Green environments, think natural green (forests, meadows) & blue (rivers, seas) spaces.
We do this to improve both your physical as well as mental health because being outside comes with a wealth of benefits. Among other things it not only challenges us physically but also gets us off our own mental hamster wheel, leaving us feeling restored. Think about going for a walk in the woods vs a walk on the treadmill.
We offer Bootcamps, Boxing, Run Club, Personal Training, Laughter sessions, Female focused workshops, Corporate sessions & more. Because our ultimate goal is to lift, unite & bring joy to our community & yours, through movement and awareness.
Regular Bootcamps are held in the Woolwich & Plumstead areas in Greenwich, London. But our practice often takes us much further.
Central to our way of working is to ensure that at the core of every session, is each individual. What this means is we program in a fun, diverse and progressive way but are always listening and will adapt to a person's needs. We are here to support you, no matter how tough the class is or how rubbish your day has been.
