Let's Take It Outside
Train Well + Move Better + Feel Restored
Our bootcamp workouts are programmed to be varied, fun, progressive & challenging. Coaching emphasises moving well & staying injury free; meanwhile we let nature boost our classes by improving immunity, bone density & quietening our minds.
Blue/green locations & the ever changing weather, all add to give you a new experience every time.
Greenwich bootcamps are about team spirit, support & community; all of which will keep you coming back for more.
We do memberships & drop-ins.
Our 2 main locations are (see below for maps):
Eaglesfield Park, SE18
Woolwich Royal Arsenal Riverside, SE28

Physical exercise, in or near natural blue or green environments. Enhancing wellbeing through the visual and auditory stimulus blue environments provide or the interaction with nature. Did you know, that in an attempt for GPs and other physicians to find other remedies to anxiety, depression and more, Blue and Green are starting to become prescribed, that’s how much they are valued. In addition, as much as not everyone likes getting dirty, getting our feet on the earth regularly has been found to have health benefits also.
We don't want our members to compromise moving fast before first understanding how to move well. This approach to bootcamps means you get a good workout, reduce the risk of injury & learn how to move well.
The hardest step, is the one you take out of your door to go to training or to do something new. We welcome all abilities and because of our approach, we look to help you, whatever your starting place. Never feel shy or anxious about getting in touch. Let's find something, together, that's right for you, And if you decide not to go ahead, that's OK too.
There's never a weather that's not suitable to train in, it's all about how you dress for the occasion.
There are benefits of note to continued training in winter months. The light hitting your skin and the back of your eyes, reaching your hypothalamus, helps us better synch with our circadian rhythm. This can influence how well we adjust to the shorter days and longer nights as the seasons change, helping to alleviate the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
